We look at process fluids compositions paired with design material specifications, pressures, and temperatures to identify potential damage mechanisms. This allows us to develop inspection and test plan, so our customers understand what methods of inspection to utilize to test for potential damage mechanisms.

We provide baseline thickness on new projects and corrosion monitoring on existing process equipment. Our goal is to identify components that do not meet intended specifications and monitor assets with general or localized corrosion. 

Our reporting is available on all devices with easy user interfaces. We want inspectors to focus on documenting inspections and less time creating documents of the inspections.

Customers can have access to a dashboard that has live KPIs to assist with workflow performance and improved decision making for maintenance, turnarounds or projects.
